Do you want to gain valuable transferable skills during your summer?
We offer the chance to work with a team of committed volunteers to help people resolve their problems by telephone.
You will learn to answer calls to the Citizens Advice telephone Adviceline and use our information system to help clients with issues such as debt, welfare benefits, housing and employment.
You must be available for 2-3 days per week during the summer.
Closing date for applications is 1st April 2019 as interviews and initial induction will take place during the 2019 Easter break.
