When you visit our office during our intial check drop-in times we will require you to fill out a registration form providing a brief outline of your problem.
Someone will then have a short discussion about your problem and make a decision on whom can help you: either send you to an information officer to support you with your query, or an adviser to explorer or give more in-depth support.

Please be aware that if you attend outside the drop-in times you may not be able to attend a drop-in or an appointment for advice unless you already have a pre-booked appointment with us.
